Controllable mind

Hello guys so we are back with our new blog and that is in the continuation of our previous blog. I think that you might have started the meditation mantra and the concentration mantra. Now you want to start something new but what I am going to tell you is not at all new, you might have heard it almost everyday. You just have to follow a simple step of controlling your thoughts.

In this step whenever your mind shifts to some other topic other than what you are doing then you just have to shift it back to your work. It sounds difficult but believe it is not the final answer to controlling the mind. It is like our mind is a slide show in which we don't have a control to change the slides so you just have to learn to change the slides and have to control your slide show. Whenever our mind try to change the slide turn it back to the image you want you want to see. It will be hard in the starting but later it will be normal and you will get used to it with full confidence in controlling your mind. Thus this step will give you full control of your mind and to make it perfect you have to practice all three steps with correctness and regularity. But it will not help much as you have to do all three along with daily exercise both mental and physical too.

Controllable thoughts

Hello guys so we are back after a short interval; after reading my previous blog you might feel that there is some part of you that has to be changed in order to tame the beast that has been awaken in your mind for too long. I know that changing is inevitable but change is necessary for the future world to progress. Our mind is like a child who has to be treated with patience, care and love but has to be angry with if done something outrageous. Our skeptical child should be trained for the future as when the time will come it has to face the world on its own. 




So first method is to stop thinking whatever your mind is thinking and let your mind rest. Let it feel the cool breezes following through your ears and let it hear the noises of the birds. I can tell that it will replace the tension and stress that is causing in your body to flow from your mind to the air. But to stop mind from mingling over the things that it continues to overthink; it has to undergo a lot of training with you having a lot of patience as it will not be quick to conquer and will require lot of hard work. So first practice meditation daily even if it is for 15 minutes only. Then for next 15 min concentrate on a single thing and whenever mind tries to shift to other object just began from beginning with all of your mind cleared. Practice it for 21 days as after 21 days it will be converted into a habit and then there will not be much of problem. After sometime you will began to notice the changes as your mind will become rested and peaceful. It will be the first step toward  controlling our mind. Hope you will practice it with enthusiasm and full of energy. So meet you guys in my next blog with the next step of controlling the mind.
